Over a decade, this iconic space redefined Japanese fine dining, crafting unforgettable culinary moments. Now, we proudly unveil the next chapter: R by Raita Noda, a bold evolution in Japanese culinary excellence, set to open in 2025.

Theater Dining: A Culinary Performance
At the heart of R by Raita Noda lies a groundbreaking concept: Theater Dining. Designed to elevate the omakase experience, the restaurant features an open-kitchen stage where the raw energy of the professional kitchen unfolds before your eyes. No exaggerated performances—just an unfiltered view into the craft of fine Japanese cuisine, simple yet unparalleled.

Inspired by the liveliness of a real cooking scene, two talented chefs will create a dynamic, jazz-like performance right in front of you. This immersive journey balances authenticity with modern sophistication, offering an elegant and unforgettable Japanese dining experience.

A Sanctuary of Rain-Inspired Design
The refined space, designed by globally renowned architect Koichi Takada, draws inspiration from the tranquil essence of rain. Evoking the quiet allure of Tokyo on a rain-kissed night, the design features a cascading curtain of 2,000 shimmering chains, a liquid prism ceiling, and soft, ethereal lighting. The result is a serene atmosphere where light and shadow intertwine, creating a cocoon of calm sophistication.

The dining table itself becomes a tactile canvas, inspired by the delicate ripples of raindrops. Each dish served is a chapter in a harmonious narrative, weaving the beauty of nature into every detail.
