Fees and Services
Your are free to use and publish listings. Unlike many other platforms, we will not charge you for our standard listings service, or add any commissions to the products and services you offer to the users at Plateriver.com.
The only fees incured at Plateriver.com are when publishers using additional features linke Premium Listings, or Banner Advertising. You will find this additional sevice immediately after your listings is published, the email we sent you, or from the user menu if you have created an account with us.
Credit card details
Plate River will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on the Plate River website or send it back to Plate River via the e-mail we sent you.
Refund Policy
Except as required by law and provided in this Refund Policy all fees are non-refundable.
Plateriver.com will provide a refund if:
- as a result of an error made by Plateriver.com or its team members,
- you have been charged more than the correct amount specified in the Pricing Schedule. if this is happend to you, we will refund you the difference.
- publishers changed his/he mind
- the website or any part thereof is temporarily unavailable to you or to other users. Except this is caused by our server down, we will extend the premium listings for another week, from the date the next available.
Change of Use
Plateriver.com reserves the right to change or remove the listings or any part of it temporarily or permanently without notice and you confirm that Plateriver.com shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
We may make changes to the Plate River Terms of Use, Privacy and Security at any time and your continued use of our site following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.
Copyright, Trademarks and Brands
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights on the Plate River website and its content, including without limitation, the website design, logo, text, images, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website, are owned by or licensed to Plate River, or its suppliers and publishers or otherwise used by Plate River as permitted by law.
