About Lotus Barangaroo

Lotus Barangaroo’s menu pays tribute to the original custodians with a strong seafood focused menu. The menu uses China’s rich history of food with inspiration that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. Lotus Barangaroo offers live fish and seafood by preorder in addition to the main menu. Our dumpling master will create dumplings using produce that is native to the local land and sea.

The philosophy of the Barangaroo site is to offer a premium representation of wines from all over the globe. The list is curated by our Group Sommelier, who has brought their knowledge and experience to make your dining experience memorable and exciting.
